Our cardboard envelopes (278x400mm) are gusseted which enables them to act as a small parcel postal box when larger items are inserted into them. These premium corrugated cardboard envelopes are built for strong, heavy duty use and offer great protection to products contained within. Designed with a micro F flute feature, these cardboard mailers are puncture-resistant to protect your goods in transit but come with an easy open tear strip.

The 278x400mm premium corrugated cardboard envelope is designed for heavy duty mailing loads.
