What franking machine supplies do you sell?

We supply Royal Mail approved franking ink cartridges (original, compatible and remanufactured), franking labels, envelopes, an ink refill and reset service, and packaging - for Pitney Bowes, Quadient, FP Mailing, Frama, Mailcoms and every other major franking machine brand.

Is your franking ink Royal Mail approved?

Yes. Mailcoms is a Royal Mail Authorised Inspector and one of only two UK companies with its own brand of Royal Mail approved franking ink. Our approved inks keep your Mailmark franking valid and will not void your machine warranty.

What is the difference between original, compatible and remanufactured ink?

Original cartridges are made by the machine's manufacturer. Compatible cartridges are new, non-OEM cartridges that work the same way for less. Remanufactured cartridges are genuine empties professionally cleaned, refilled and tested. All three are Royal Mail approved.

How do I find the right ink and labels for my machine?

What franking labels do you offer?

Single-cut labels, double-sheet labels, label rolls and Special Delivery labels, in the sizes used by all the major franking machines.

What is the ink refill and reset service?

Send us your empty approved cartridge and we refill it with Royal Mail approved ink and reset the chip, returning a fully working cartridge to you for less than the price of a new one.

How fast is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days and free on orders over £40, with a next working day option available.
